“One of the greatest talks/experiences I’ve ever seen live!” - Todd Henry - Int’l Keynote Speaker, Author

Using a captivating blend of storytelling, physical movement, and potent analogies from hip-hop dance culture, Bradley draws audiences out of their comfort zones, guiding them from isolation into adventure and dread into discovery. He breaks down restrictive mindsets, equips leaders to navigate change, and builds a culture of deep connection, endless creativity, and measurable organizational growth.

Workshops & Training

For Leaders and Teams

THE ONE-DAY WORKSHOP
Bradley's full-day workshop
is built for leaders & teams ready to move,

not just listen.

Six hours, three sessions, one shift.

Session 1: Groove Mindset (90 min)

An introduction to the framework. Linear thinking vs. circular thinking. The Line and the Circle. Teams leave this session with a new lens and a shared vocabulary for everything that follows.

Session 2: Training in the Circle (90 min)

The framework moves from concept to practice. Designed specifically for where your team is, by level and by need. Teams move from isolation into collaboration, and leaders hiding in plain sight begin to surface.

Session 3: Groove Activation (90 min)

This is the session people talk about on the drive home.

Live artists. Full production. Bradley steps into the circle himself. Every person in the room leaves knowing what they carry, what they offer, and how they fit.

Workshops includes an opening orientation, two breaks,

a working lunch, and a closing reflection. Each participant works through a personal assessment throughout the day, leaving with a clear picture of who they are, what they carry, and what they have to offer. Teams are re-engaged and unified in activated, thriving workplaces.

The future doesn’t belong to the loudest in the room.
It belongs to those brave enough to step in.
